How to book your stay
Reservations at Tudor Lodge are managed personally, ensuring every stay receives the individual care and attention it deserves.
There is no automated booking system; simply email us with your preferred dates, number of guests, details of any pets or horses joining you, and any special requests to make your stay truly memorable.

Tudor Lodge Booking & Cancellation Policy
All rates are for exclusive use of the entire property
Minimum stay is 7 nights across all seasons
The heated outdoor pool is closed November–April.
A booking deposit will be required at time of booking
Shorter breaks may be available during non-peak seasons.

Deposit Terms
At Tudor Lodge, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Terms
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival, the remaining balance will not be due.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable. Where cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund.
We strongly recommend that guests arrange holiday cancellation insurance for their own peace of mind.
